The mind body relationships is well explained in the Patthana. This is a wast and complex subject but let me highlight some of them.
Let's take the 1st relationship Ārammaṇa paccaya – object condition. Here combination of object (89 cittas, 52 cetasikas, 28 rūpas, Nibbāna, Paññatti) lead to mind (89 cittas, 52 cetasikas).
